Message	with his personal safety, then that's his prerogative. The previous state didn't have an issue registering it. In terms of never messing with salvage titles, I don't really agree. Yes, obviously can be a headache if you don't know what you are getting yourself into, but there are a lot of great deals to be had on salvage/rebuilt title vehicles which are the result of purely cosmetic damage/airbags deploying/hail etc. that are perfectly safe "Stance: cuz goin fast cost money yo (n/m) - ZiNnYc 08/09/12 18:23:42"
